All the If only's could be added up and made into a story,
Will you let your dream go and head another direction where there's no turning back?
Or will you do what it takes to get you there?
without hurting or leaving your family in pain financially.
but with all the advised given by elders,
your mind starts to rethink it all,
whether or not it is worth what you're sacrificing.
You're tempted by the migrating malaysians to australia,
yet you cannot afford to move anywhere near them.
Scholarships, loan, part time,
its just not enough for you.
Will you give it all up and take a chance,
and spend the next 10 years paying back for your loan?
for something you really wanted to be?
and a place you really wanted to settle down at?
Its true that rich people migrate to australia,
and richer people head to higher ranked Universities.
What if you're not rich?
What if you had to apply for a loan?
without scholarships, can you make it to the top?
You understand your parents condition financially,
and you've tried pursuading them and showing how much you want to be there,
what are the efforts you wish to put in.
And its not that they don't want to,
they just can't afford to.
You're determined, you're commited,
but you just can't change a thing.
Its just a dream jamie,
nothing more.
