November sure is boring.nothing to blog about.and its holiday.for me.nothing much can happen.and my brother is having his exams i hardly get to use the internet.normally when im in school. i get to write wat i feel.now.i feel dull.boring.lifeless. ther!! i said it.boring lifeless oh! and broke.sigh!but im sure december will be better!! hehe!! Jamie's sweet 16 coming soon!!!! more blogs to come!!! but for now.its just dull.i cant believe im actually able to write something.oh well. I WANT TO WATCH BOURNE ULTIMATUM AGAIN!!!!and again and again and again!!!haha!

i hope all the SPM students are completely de-stressed!! its ending.and they're going to be freee...and next year.it'll be my turn.

Firstly.cigar smokes contains tar , benzene, formaldehyde, nicotine,carbon monoxide and gazillions of toxic crap inside im not talking bout science im talking about facts.Heat and Tar destroys ciliated epithelial cells.wat i mean is.those skin thingy around ur lungs.So Pathogens (something tat the cilliated epithelial cell can block) easily gain entry into the bronchi/alveoli to cause lung diseaseS soooo...its not a gud thing.
ANd nicotine!!tat druggy thing tat makes you wan more... not tat its dangerous.but its addictive.Carbon Monoxide is the DANGEROUS thing.decreases the intake of oxygen into our body... and the MAIN disease caused by smoking/Cigar smoke is emphysema...Cigarette smoke contains chemicals tat attract white blood cells to the lungs. . and thers NO cure to that..so u can enjoy ur life carrying some big & bulky/clumsy oxygen cylinder to stay alive *not for long.

you are not the only one living in this world and not everyone likes smelling cigarette smoke. so try not to continue smoking or dun even start smoking , unless ur planning to use the "i want to die at an early age excuse" wait.tats not even an excuse.go breath in other ppls smoke.coz smoke inhaled by non-smokers hav a higher risk of contracting lung cancer etc.

If ur smoking to de-stress urself i suggest you go for therapy or go for kick boxing.coz smoking wont help you.it'll only help Polluting the air.

As you all know.smoking pollutes the air.and its not as if the smoke from exhaust pipes or factories isnt enuf to pollute it... so PuhLeeeEEZz! stop smoking or smoke less then usual save money and maintain pollution free environment. We share OnE world.
